When are orders processed? 

All orders are processed on Mondays before 2:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after that time will be processed the following week.

How long does it take to ship my order? 

Orders take 2–3 business days to be processed, roasted, and packed. Once shipped, delivery takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Where does your coffee come from? 

Our coffee is roasted in partnership with Metropolis Coffee Company, using high-quality, ethically sourced beans.

Do you offer subscriptions? 

Yes! You can sign up for recurring deliveries, so you never run out of your favorite coffee.

Can I place a bulk or office order? 

Absolutely. We love working with offices and partners. Reach out to us for custom orders, pricing, and delivery options.

What is your refund policy? 

At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, your experience matters to us—if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
