I scream, you scream, we all scream for Coffee Cookies and Cream ice cream!
Pretty Cool Ice Cream, one of Chicago’s favorite ice cream and pop shops, has been busy testing recipes to create our very own Aspire CoffeeWorks ice cream pop to help us raise awareness.
The ice cream gurus at Pretty Cool used our Bold Ambition beans to create a delicious coffee ice cream pop dipped in a cookies and cream shell.
Throughout the month of May, $1 from each Coffee Cookies and Cream pop sold will be donated to Aspire CoffeeWorks. Enjoy delicious gourmet ice cream while helping raise awareness on the importance of inclusion for people with disabilities.
We have been big fans of Pretty Cool Ice Cream for a couple of years and were inspired to learn about how they collaborate with and help support many different
community organizations throughout the year by creating community support pops each month. It was the cherry on top!
